Install:
Copy CLEO Folder to Your GTA San Andreas Directory [Default C:/Program files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas ]
CLEO 4 Required.

How to use:
Press TAB Button if you near the taxi or cabbie/
To select your destination, open the map and set the marker.
Press left mouse button, when you marked the place in the map
